I finally got to speak to Emily, Laura's sister who helps runs 'The Karen and Laura Legacy Fund.' What another wonderful person who was thrilled at my idea and thought Laura would feel very honored that I wanted to dedicate all of this energy to the cause.
After an incredible auction for the fund this summer, that my Mom and sister were able to make wonderful donations, I'm so excited this is going to work out.
Now it's time to bring Shannon in on it and get the word out.
