This is insanity
On the train this morning, I read the free NYC paper. There was an article about 20 or so people from NYC who were off to Antartica. That's total insanity. I can't imagine even thinking about that. I think I'd pick 100 other places to run a marathon and can you imagine how cold it's got to be.
A little googling turned up this image, which isn't nearly as bad as I thought it might be. But the 40 m.p.h. sustained winds.
